Due to the nature of my business, it’s difficult to make up for lost time. If appointments are cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment there will be a 50% non refundable/transferable fee. Please reach out if there is an emergency, as I do understand unforeseen circumstances happen! If you are a “no show” we do charge 100% of the total service amount.
